You make me hungry! That looks absolutely delicious!!!
It is better here, but I like it everywhere. I am impressed that you are willing to let your food cool while you take a photo! I'm having problems with that. I made some pretty stuffed peppers, but I couldn't bear to let them cool off, so no photo and no post.
Do you eat the kidney bits they include?
No kidney bits here in Torino. Once in a while I will eat organ meat but it has to be really cleaned well and cooked expertly.

This looks really good and sounds easy to make. I'm adding it to my list of recipes to try. I like lamb a lot (gotta go buy some) and we have a big bag of jasmine rice lying around. Sounds like a plan! ;-)
