Gia-Gina Across the Pond

So I've decided to follow my husband to his native Italy. Follow our adventures as we eat, drink, travel, adapt to and explore this remarkable country. Part food blog, part photo blog but mostly my rants and raves. After our two years in Italy, we relocated across the Atlantic "pond" and are back in the States.

It is better here, but I like it everywhere. I am impressed that you are willing to let your food cool while you take a photo! I'm having problems with that. I made some pretty stuffed peppers, but I couldn't bear to let them cool off, so no photo and no post.
Do you eat the kidney bits they include?

No kidney bits here in Torino. Once in a while I will eat organ meat but it has to be really cleaned well and cooked expertly.

This looks really good and sounds easy to make. I'm adding it to my list of recipes to try. I like lamb a lot (gotta go buy some) and we have a big bag of jasmine rice lying around. Sounds like a plan! ;-)
