Bulgur is one of my favourite dishes, I was so surprised to read that you found it in Italy, I only eat it when I'm in Germany! When I am back I will send you the special reciepe of my father in-law which is just delicious, Turkish styled.
Ciao
I found it last week too, at my Coop, but it is much finer than what I am used to and I didn't like it much. I am feeding it to my baby chickens and will look further, maybe at the halal butcher in town.
I use handsful of parsley too.
